Edward C. Russell

Ed was born and raised in Bangor and has practiced in the

area for over 30 years. He specializes in all aspects of real

estate law and is an experienced real estate litigator. He is

chairman of the Winterport Zoning Board of Appeals and has

appeared before many Planning Boards on zoning and land

use issues representing both developers and neighbors of

proposed developments. He is a past President and member

of the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of

Bangor.

Richard Silver

 

Richard is an experienced and skilled litigator and workout specialist, practicing in state and federal courts. His specialties include complex real estate and business transactions, construction disputes, insolvency issues and foreclosure. He represents debtors and creditors in the bankruptcy court and in solving commercial disputes without litigation.

Both Ed and Richard are active musicians, performing for many benefit events over the years.
