was born and raised in Bangor and has practiced in the area
for over 20 years. He specializes in all aspects of real estate
law and is an experienced real estate litigator. He is Chairman
of the Winterport Zoning Board of Appeals and has appeared before
many Planning Boards on zoning and land use issues representing
both developers and neighbors of proposed developments. He is
a past President and member of the Board of Directors of the
Ronald McDonald House of Bangor.

Richard is a skillful litigator with over 18 years experience,
practicing in both Maine & Federal courts. His specialty is
